Can you put coldsore cream on a pimple that hurts? will it do anything?

Cold sore cream will only help if the "pimple" is actually from the herpes virus (which causes cold sores). Don't rub or pick at the pimple as that will make it worse and may cause more infection. Keep the area clean. If it is a regular pimple, not a cold sore, bacitracin and a topical acne medication may help. If it's worsening please see your doctor.
