No: If they are bothersome, they should be looked at. Off hand, I would suspect insect bites but only a more detailed history and direct exam can tell. If the problem subsides in the next few days, no action is needed. But if it gets worse, see your doctor or dermatologist. IN the meanwhile, try topical hydrocortisone cream.
