Anal condyloma: If the warts are that extensive then they will need surgical intervention of some type. Cauterizing, freezing or out and out surgical excision. Try the free clinic in town first..they'll guide you. Colo-rectal surgery is the best to deal with this. Have them check for HPV as well.
