Gastroenteritis?: This is most probably a viral infection (Rotavirus, norovirus most commonly) and should resolve itself in 3-5 days. Stay well hydrated and rest. If you cannot hold anything down or feel you are becoming dehydrated, go to an urgent care facility or to an ER. Good luck.
