Tetanus: A tetanus shot should be given every 10 years. They are good for 10 years for a clean wound and 5 years for a dirty wound.

In 2016: Booster is given every 10 years and it will be 10 years in 2016.If you had DT in 2006.You should get Tdap to give you added protection against Whooping Cough(Pertussis)
