I've been experiencing a weird sensation the past few days: lightheadedness- it feels like things are moving to fast or slow motion. my lips are numb?

Numb lips: any change in mentation, with numbness is a very concerning feature. i would get checked at an ER. You may have a inner ear condition, or potentially worse. If you came to my hospital, i would order initially a CT non contrast study, and if negative follow it up with a MRI w/o contrast to further evaluate. Numbness is a sign of neuropathy, or nerve compression, and is related to cranial nerve 7.
