Maybe: Many men with klinefelter's do not have sperm, but if present can be used for ivf. In men with no sperm on analysis, testicular extraction retrieved sperm in 2/3 of men with klinefelter's. If you have no plans to conceive soon, using testosterone would be the best choice for hormone replacement. When ready to conceive, changing to other therapies like Nolvadex (tamoxifen) 4-6 mo. In advance would be needed.

Don't think so: Nolvadex is a selective estrogen receptor stimulator. It can prevent gynecomastia in some situations. It can be used in some anovulatory situations. It will not be a replacement for testosterone. Clomid (clomiphene) may help, i'm not sure that Nolvadex is used in men, at least i've never heard of it. Ii would not stop the test. Talk to your doc, i could be wrong, perhaps you will get a better answer here.
