Possibly: Blood in the urine may originate from many potential sources. You could have a urinary tract infection resulting in bladder irritation. Stones in the kidney or ureters (kidney tubes) can also cause blood in the urine and also cause abdominal/flank pain. Best to see your doctor/urologist to get your urine tested for infection and imaging to ensure kidneys/ureters are normal.
