Could be.: You need blood pregnancy test, and exam by your MD. If it is indeed you are pregnant, chances of EXTRA-UTERINE pregnancy are high in your scenario. Extra-uterine pregnancy at 3 month time will be big problem if confirmed. Go and do your check quick. If blood pregnancy test is negative than you have another problem. Consider ER visit as well if you are suddenly getting worse.
