Dear sir, how do i should know the symptoms of low cortisol. because it has same symptoms with hypothyroidism, which i have ?

Not the same symptom: Hypothyroidism causes weight gain, swelling, cold intolerance, constipation. Adrenal insufficiency causes weight loss, weakness, dizziness when standing, nausea, loss of appetite. There is actually relatively little overlap in symptoms between the two disorders.
