Cervical disc: disease or musculo-skletal pain in the neck and bppv needs to be ruled out. MRI of the neck would be a good test to start with to rule out if there is any disk disease or some sort of arthritis. If mri is negative then it is musculo-skletal . For the vertigo you need Dix-Hallpike maneuver to be done . If it is positive then you need Epley maneuver for the repositioning of the canaliths .
