Sun block or avoidan: Even though you are darkly complected the sun can still burn dark skin. it is more resistant but still it is susceptible to intense sun exposure. Avoidance in the 10am to 4 pm time periods and use of the very effective sun blocks SPF 30 to 40 are recommended.
