Nothing!: You should be proud of your height! Many people wish to be taller. Even though you feel too tall right now, I don't think you'll feel that way 10 years from now. And there is no way to make yourself shorter, so stand proud and tall!

A 23-year-old male asked:

Height is done by 22: Most people reach their maximum height in their late teens. Without nutritional problems or chronic childhood illnesses, height is largely based on genetics and parental heights. Aside from eating right, exercising, sleeping well, and being happy, there's not much a person nor his doctor can do to increase height. In rare cases, growth hormone is approved for use in younger, extremely short kids.
