Conjunctival cyst : You R describing a conjunctival cyst, which are often small & asymptomatic, but can enlarge to become quite irritating, even painful, if the cornea dries out (dellen). They are often left alone. They can disappear. You may use artificial tears to soothe, & if your eyes are itchy, try Zaditorâ„¢. If your eye is irritated, have an Eye MD take a look at it & help you with additional management.
