Conj cyst: Usually a conjunctival cyst. It can be drained. If it returns, it can be excised. Your eye MD can confirm and treat in office.

Not to worry: these usually appear due to local and minor irritation. Itching would indicate an allergy. Only if these is increased redness and pain, would you have to consider inflammation or localized infection
