Many possibilities: This sounds as if you have some inflammatory focus in that area. This may be within the ileum, ascending colon, appendix or adjacent organs with extrinsic irritation producing diarrhea. In any event it would be best to go and see a doctor who can do a physical and perhaps an ultrasound or CT if necessary. Good luck.
