Abdominal aneurysm: typically abdominal aortic aneurysms develop slowly over time..risk of rupture is increased with aneurysms over 4 cm in size or those expanding at a rate of over 1 cm in 6-12 months...if you have concerns a simple ultrasound at your doctors office will help
