You're young: Changes in flow are very common throughout your period. Physical activity, sex and body positioning (sitting or standing). I wouldn't worry about this at all as long as this is a normal time for you to get you period.

Menorrhagia: It is very common for menstrual cycle volume and timing to change over the course of a woman`s life. The usually cause if fluctuating hormone levels. Irregardless, you should see your doctor or gynecologist for abnormal bleeding to have a proper evaluation in person :)
