Visit Doctor: I am sorry to hear about this. Cramping can be a normal part of nexplanon use. But if the cramping is really getting bad. I would suggest you visit your doctor who implanted the nexplanon so that he/she can take a full history and physical. There are reports of patients still getting pregnant on implantable contraceptives although the chances are extremely small.
