CAN NOT DO ANYTHING: Get it checked.If your height is normal and other masculine features like facial hair etc are normal and you have small penis and testicles there is no treatment for it But discuss your concern with your doctor and will also know if size issue is more in your head.Different people have different size penis and there is normal variation in size and shape of penis
