No: Loss of cervical lordosis is extremely common and in and of itself does not represent any significant pathology in most patients. Breast pain typically would not arise from a problem in the cervical spine. A pinched nerve in the cervical spine could cause pain in the hand. See your physician if you have any further questions/concerns.
