Urine stream: You are far too young to have prostatic hypertrophy. Prostatitis would produce pain on urination, usually at the distal (furthest out) end of the urethra. Do not know what may be causing what you perceive to be an alteration but it is doubtful that it is clinically significant or that it is related in any manner to your masturbation, however frequent it is.

Not masturbation: A prostate problem sounds possible, but not from masturbation, which cannot harm your prostate or otherwise explain these symptoms, no matter how frequently you have done it. You'll need to see a health professional and take it from there. Good luck.
