I don't think ...: .... this is anything to be too concerned about. 11 days is a little long for a menstrual period, but it sounds like it is light at this point. The light pink discharge suggests only a small amount of blood is present and the red spot is not troubling. Stress may have some small effect on this. Practice stress management, keep track of your bleeding, and contact your doc if more changes occur.

Likely normal: Under times of stress it is not unusual for our periods to be a little irregular, come too soon or too late, last too long or too short. If you have any pelvic pain, a foul or itchy discharge, fever, or several months of irregular periods in a row, you should get examined.
