Unlikely: Fertilization only occurs around the time of ovulation and that is usually two weeks after the first day of your period. Implantation occurs approximately one week after fertilization so the timing you describe is unlikely to be implantation bleeding. Good luck to you in having a baby. Make sure you are taking a prenatal vitamin to avoid neural tube defects (a type of birth defect).
