See doctor: Turning yellow is possibly a sign of liver disease. Please see a doctor as soon as possible to have blood tests done to make sure your liver is normal. As far as your hands and feet being cold when you are hot this happens in some people. Make sure you are drinking enough water, at least 2 liters per day and even more if you are in a hot environment. Avoid caffeine and alcohol.
