If i come to find out that my baby is no longer alive at 10 weeks, will a doctor have to remove the baby or will it come out on its own?

On its own: At ten weeks, it will usually come out on it's own. Your doctor may give you a medication to help this process, but they shouldn't need to do any procedures. Hope this helps.
