Contact Lens ?: Contact lenses have undergone significant improvements. One of those changes has been to design a lens that could stay longer in the eye without damaging the eye or the lens. Today there are lenses that can be safely left in weeks at a time even during sleep and then disposed of.

Dont sleep with them: Yes, they do market contact lens to fall to sleep. But please do not make an habit as I have seen so many patients having ulcer after sleeping with those contact lenses and even not removing/cleaning for so many days. Do not fall into trap of loosing your vision or even an eye.
