Tough to say: without being able to talk to you in real time :) Pain with deep breathing can be indicative of inflammation of the lining of your lungs or a musculoskeletal etiology. The fact that your pain is worsened when you slump over points to the latter. It is possible you strained some of the musculature surrounding your ribs.
