Built-In Washboard: Do you mean when you rub your scalp? And do you have hair or are you bald? I ask because a bald scalp or area of baldness that's been exposed to the sun a lot can develop that rough texture from skin changes that may actually be pre-cancerous, so get it checked by a doctor. So, I assume that rough sandpaper sound is loud enough to hear. Maybe you could get hired by a local jug band...
