Get the treatment: for possible bacterial infection. It has nothing to do with the douching several months ago. It is quite common to have infection in the vagina and gets treated with medications. Consult the OB GYN and get treated. Good luck

See doctor ASAP: The most common vag discharge with foul odor (often fishy) is bacterial vaginosis, overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. However, BV discharge usually is white; yellow suggests other infection, especially STDs like trichomonas, chlamydia, or gonorrhea. See a doctor ASAP. Douching is not healthy, partly because it can promote BV, but "several months" is too long, not the cause of this problem.
