I am have chest pain its like someone is sitting on my chest it goes in to my back so idk what it could be?

IDK either, call 911: Chest pain that's described as someone sitting on your chest w/pain going thru to back needs to be evaluated immediately/emergently. Never go online for something like this hoping for someone to answer. Call 911 or your local emergency services. Don't drive b/c you may pass out on way to ER. Unlock front door so they won't have to break it down in case you do pass out. And take full size aspirin.

Heart Attack?: This could be several different dangerous conditions. You should get seen in an Emergency Room right away.

Lots of things: Chest pain can be a symptom of heart disease but may be may other things such as esophageal spasms, great vessel disease, respiratory disorders (asthma, COPD, bronchitis, infections), and muscle problems to name a few. It really depends on the clinical situation and other symptoms you may be having. If you are currently having the symptoms you are describing you should see a doctor pronto!
