I have a cyst in the middle of my chest and sometimes the whole right side of my chest and back hurts, is it because the cyst is sitting on my nerves?

Possible: Possibly, but probably not. You need to have this checked out by someone who can examine you and see exactly where this cyst is located. If it is superficial, so that you can see it and feel it; it would be an unlikely source of this pain, but we learn in medicine that almost nothing is impossible.
