Unclear: It is unclear from your question if you still have the abdominal pain. If so then you should see your obgyn to make sure all is ok. If the pain has resolved then the lack of abdominal pain is not usually an indication of a problem. It is not clear if you were linking Diclegis to your abdominal pain. Pain is not a typical side effect of Diclegis.
