Of course: Referred pain: pain emanating from one tooth may be felt in another tooth, regardless of the previous root canal treatment.

Highly unlikely. Only very rarely is pain from one jaw referred to the other jaw as they are served by different branches of the Trigeminal Nerve. It is more likely that you have separate but concurrent problems. Please see your General Dentist. Referral to a specialist Endodontist may be in order, especially if previous root canal treatment is less than successful and needs revision.
