May be infection: Chapped skin around the mouth could be caused by habitual lip linking. If the skin is irritated repeatedly,it can break down and become infected and cause pimples. You should take him to his doctor to be sure and he may be treated with an antibiotic cream. He should see the doctor before you consider treating him yourself.
