STD? PID?: Any unexplained vaginal bleeding or abdominal pain needs professional evaluation. Could be serious. Bleeding after sex often is cervicitis from an STD, especially chlamydia or gonorrhea. Either of these can cause pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), with pelvic or low abdominal pain. See a doctor or clinic ASAP. For these symptoms, your nearest NHS GUM clinic would be an excellent choice. Good luck!
