If you feel tired: If you feel tired all day , loosing interests in what you used to like, and not able to point out any reasonable cause, but the tiredness is going on for few months, probably you should be evaluated for cfs.

Chronic Fatigue Synd: Chronic fatigue syndrome is defined of severe fatigue that limits your activity for over 6 months. There are a variety of symptoms beyond fatigue like muscle aching, unrefreshing sleep, muscle pain, joint pain, exhaustion, enlarged lymph nodes, etc. Your evaluation will incude looking for these and the differential diagnosis of the cuases.
