Hi i have heptatic lesion on my left lobe what can that be?

One of many: Things. It could be a benign adenoma seen in patients taking oral contraceptives, or fatty infiltration, or a nodule, or cyst. And lastly it could be a tumor, but that would be unusual in a 25 year old. There's no way of knowing without looking at images and a possible biopsy.
