Zoloft/Dextro: Benylin (dextromethorphan) contains Dextromethorphan cough suppressant. There is chance your serotonin level will go up, so if you experienced blurred vision, confusion, excess sweating & shaking, let your doctor know.

Can't say: There are many different Benylin products - would need to know which one you are referring to - to do a drug interaction check.

I take 100 mg Zoloft every morning. I accidentally took Mucinex for a cold this afternoon without realizing it contained 20 mg of dextromethorphan. Its been about 6 hours since I took the Mucinex and I feel fine. Could I get serotonin syndrome ?
