I am experiencing left side breast pain, on the far side of my breast by my armpit. it sometimes radiates to the back. it hurts when i put pressure on my breast. this has been happening a few times a week every week and getting worse each time.

Benign causes of breast pain can be caused by weight gain, diet changes, changes in exercise patterns, ill fitting bras, caffeine intake, hormonal fluctuations and others.
