If you do want to get pregnant, then start taking prenatal vitamins w/extra Folic Acid now to prevent NTDs

Hormone: your hormone change as your cycle change, and the breast respond to hormonal changes. not knowing your age and your status as far pregnancy and children concern will make it harder to give appropriate advise if you are concern ,see your doctor. good luck
