Been on diazepam for 2 months for severe injury and wanting to wean off! what would be the proper way to wean off if i've taken 5mg 3x a day?

Valium taper: You need a schedule of slow tapering while closely monitoring for withdrawal symptoms. Your doctor can help you with this. For my patients I use schedule of tapering by 5% of daily dose every 4-7 days, and if not successful, I try the Phenobarb detox.
