See a doctor ASAP: Any unexplained vaginal discharge needs professional evaluation. Most likely it wasn't yeast; or it was yeast plus something else. Discharge with blood suggests infection. Depending on your sexual risks, I would worry about STDs, especially gonorrhea or chlamydia. See a doctor or clinic ASAP.
