BV? Trichomonas?: The main vaginal yeast symptoms are irritation and itching, scant discharge, without odor. Fishy odor suggests bacterial vaginosis or trichomonas. Maybe it wasn't yeast, or you had yeast plus BV or trich. It can be difficult to diagnose vaginal infections, so probably not your doc's fault. Return to be rechecked; request the newer, more accurate DNA test for trich if not yet done. Also STD tests.
