Yes it is possible: It is not easy to predict or tell "how long until depo-provera is completely out of your system". On average, most women who used to have a regular cycle will resume their regular cycles within 3 to 9 months after stopping their injections. A few take longer. Note that "secondary amenorrhea" can occur without previous use of depo-provera and requires evaluation and treatment by a reproductive doc
