Not low: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, a random glucose level of 111 is not low. It would have been better to have tested fasting blood glucose level. You do not need to consult a doctor for this blood glucose level.
