What is the causes for the hips pain & could it be caused by another problem due to the nerves being hit by the screws and has to take the screws out ?

Many issues: If you are pregnant, this may be causing increased back symptoms or even sacroiliac problems. The question of screw removal needs to be discussed with a spine surgeon, and imaging studies, even EMG testing might be required to sort this out. This is a complex situation, and should not be aggressively attacked until after labor and delivery.
