Yes: This may be just temporary. Cord compression injuries can lead to partial urinary retention therefore making it more difficult to urinate and having to double void. Hip injuries are often painful and require narcotic pain medication which also can lead to partial urinary retention. Work on a good bowel program having daily bowel movements, this will help as you seek additional care.
