Wrong medication: Ringworm, despite it's name, is actually caused by a fungus. Antibacterial cream will not help. An antifungal such as miconazole or clotrimazole will be more helpful, but needs to be applied twice daily for 3-4 weeks. If it's not improving over 1-2 weeks, you should consult your physician.
