More Info Needed: This could just be a normal variation is coloration - especially if you are very fair-skinned, it could be a slight allergic reaction to detergent used to clean clothes, or to toilet tissue, is could be from wiping too hard, or could be a sexually transmitted disease - esp. if you engage in any anal stimulation during sex (alone or with a male or female partner). Need history & more info.

Diagnosis first: Hi, it’s hard to say without a picture but there is a great app that may be able to help you get a diagnosis without being seen in person by a dermatologist.
